Quality Issues — We Make It Right If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or product quality issue, we'll take full care of it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@notetoselfedit.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue. We'll offer you a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Other Returns & Exchanges For returns or exchanges outside of quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@notetoselfedit.com to discuss your options. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.
How to Start a Request Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/79841853685/account and go to your Orders to submit a return or cancellation request. If you checked out with a phone number only (no email), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
Exercising your right: Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/79841853685/account and go to your Orders to start your request. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.
Return window: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Refunds: We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, or to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene or health protection reasons.
