Quality Issues — We Make It Right If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or product quality issue, we'll take full care of it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@notetoselfedit.com with your order number and a photo or description of the issue. We'll offer you a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Other Returns & Exchanges For returns or exchanges outside of quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@notetoselfedit.com to discuss your options. Please note that in these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
